Summary: Although new, the room was already showing signs of wear…peeling paint, wire hanging from ceiling, gouging on the walls. Close attention to routine maintenance will be key going forward. The room was very small and awkwardly laid out. No lock on the balcony door was a bit unnerving as someone could easily gain access from the adjoining balcony. Lastly, the neighborhood is awful.

Summary: APPARMENT Was Very Good, Comfortable And Peaceful. But the Area Was So Dangerous. Many Types of criminal people was around. We feel very insecure when we walk outside.
